Online Service Agreement & Disclaimer

1. Services Selected & Authorization

Client confirms that they have selected one or more services through the JMP STRUCTURE REMODELING online platform and completed the corresponding project details form. The scope of work is defined exclusively by the services selected, intake form data, and the generated project specification.

2. Automated Booking & System Acknowledgment

Client acknowledges that the booking process is partially automated and pricing/estimates are based on user-provided information. The platform does not replace physical inspection for undisclosed conditions.

3. Estimates, Pricing & Disclaimer

Any price shown prior to signing is an estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed. JMP STRUCTURE REMODELING reserves the right to adjust pricing or cancel service if conditions are misrepresented.

4. Manual Quote Trigger Disclosure

Certain conditions (structural rot, damaged trusses, permit-required work, unknown subsurface conditions) trigger manual review. Site visits and revised quotes may be required in these cases.

5. Access, Utilities & Site Preparation

Client must provide safe access to the job site and ensure driveway space for container delivery and material staging. Failure to provide access may result in project delays or mobilization fees.

6. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

JMP STRUCTURE REMODELING reserves the right to refuse or immediately discontinue work if conditions pose an imminent safety risk or hazardous materials (such as undisclosed asbestos) are encountered.

7. Limitation of Liability

JMP STRUCTURE REMODELING is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, concealed rot, or conditions not disclosed by the client prior to tear-off. Liability is limited to the value of contracted services.

8. Quality Control & Satisfaction

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of substantial project completion. Warranty work, if approved, is governed by our workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Custom or special-order roofing materials once delivered cannot be refunded.

10. Payment Authorization

By signing, Client authorizes payment for contracted services according to the payment milestones outlined in the agreement.

11. Digital Signature & Binding Agreement

This Agreement is executed electronically and has the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the Federal ESIGN Act and the Illinois Electronic Commerce Security Act.
